The company
A procurement partner

not a refinery.

Thimothy Energy Solutions Ltd was established in 2025 in Lincoln, United Kingdom, to make verified refinery allocations reachable for governments, airlines and industrial buyers on transparent terms.

Our story

Built for the buyer that has been let down by the market.

Anyone who has run a fuel tender knows the pattern. Multiple intermediaries claim access to the same allocation. Paperwork is late or partial. Trials never materialise, or arrive off-spec. The buyer is left carrying commercial and reputational risk that a properly-run procurement should never have created.

Thimothy Energy Solutions was founded to correct this. We are an independent brokerage — not a refinery, not an agent for a single seller. Every allocation we present has been title-checked. Every parcel we execute passes SGS or Intertek inspection at both ends. Every contract is written to survive audit.

The model is deliberate. Because we do not own product, we can serve any buyer. Because we do not carry captive inventory, we do not push what the buyer does not need. And because we work from Lincoln — outside the noise of the traditional hubs — our clients get a desk that reads their file, not their name.

Four principles. Applied on every parcel.

Verified before offered
We do not present offers for allocations we have not verified. Every FCO carries a documented origin.

As brokers, we succeed when the buyer succeeds. No refinery ownership, no captive volumes.
Global by design
